Rates

We do not have a 2 night minimum stay. We understand that some people may just be passing through, and would like to stay for one night (only), and that’s totally understandable.

What we do though, is reward those who can stay longer, by dropping our nightly rate the longer you stay.

One Night $290 + $80 (incl. linen, towels, and cleaning)…..so that’s $370 all inclusive for a single night.

Second night add $150

Third night add $100

Forth, fifth and sixth nights add $80 per night.

Long term stay $900 per week or part thereof.

However, we would totally negotiate a better weekly rate if you have plans to stay longer in the area.
